Booking terms
Fees, booking confirmation, substitutions and cancellations.
Fees
€125 per person excl. VAT (€147.50 including 18% VAT).
The second and subsequent participants from the same company or organisation will benefit from a 10% discount on each subsequent participant. The discounted fee is €112.50 excl. VAT (€132.75 including 18% VAT) for each qualifying additional participant.
Booking Conditions
Bookings can be made by completing a booking form linked to our website, or by sending an email to

It is a condition of attendance that the conference has been pre-paid.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing within five working days of our receiving your booking.
Once your booking has been accepted, an invoice for the participation fee will be issued.
If you do not receive confirmation of your booking within five working days please call Roselyn on +356 79240414.
Cancellation policy
The conference is well attended, and places are reserved well in advance. Each confirmed booking reserves a seat which the organisers may be unable to offer to another attendee following a late cancellation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to employmentlawconference@gmail.com and received on or before 5 November 2026, being 20 calendar days before the conference. Cancellations received by this deadline qualify for a full refund of any conference fees paid, and any unpaid conference fee will cease to be payable.
For cancellations received after this deadline, or if a participant does not attend without cancelling, no refund will be due and the full conference fee remains payable. Any outstanding balance will remain due to the organisers.
A substitute participant may attend at no additional charge, provided the organisers are notified in writing before the conference.
Booking contract
Your booking is accepted by Roselyn Borg trading as Ten Yards Legal, 40/1 Old Mint Street, Valletta VLT 1514, Malta, VAT number MT15990628. Roselyn issues the invoice and receives payment. The conference is jointly organised with Ganado Advocates.
Cancellation or postponement by the organisers
If the organisers cancel the conference, any conference fees paid will be refunded in full and any unpaid conference fee will cease to be payable.
If the conference is postponed, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to the rescheduled date or cancelling it for a full refund of conference fees paid, with any unpaid conference fee ceasing to be payable. The organisers will contact you with the new date and explain how to make your choice.
Privacy and communications
See the conference privacy notice for how booking information is used. Agreement to these booking terms does not constitute consent to future promotional emails. Promotional-email permission is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
